Skills tests, English screening, culture assessment. Only candidates who pass all three move to interview.
Day 8-9: Interview
You interview 2-3 final candidates. You choose. We handle contracts, IT, equipment, and onboarding.
Day 10: Start
Your new team member starts work. Sydney team checks in weekly for the first 90 days. Quarterly reviews thereafter.
