Rick Argenta spent 20 years in global recruitment at Fortune 500 firms across Australia, Brazil, and the United States. He watched businesses try offshore staffing and fail, not because the talent was not there, but because the model was wrong. Agencies competed on price, churned placements, and walked away when things got hard.
We operate from Sydney with a Manila delivery centre at KMC Ortigas. 20 internal staff. 95 to 120 active placements across Australia, the US, and the UK.
